Returns & exchanges

Most items can be returned unused and in their original condition within 21 calendar days (3 weeks) of purchase for an exchange or for a full refund (does not include cost of shipping).

Items should be sent in their original packaging and include a completed return form.

Non-Returnable Products

All opened DVDs are not returnable. To be sure the content is a fit for your group, please view the previews of the DVDs from the links on the product description pages.

Products and/or packages which contain a PowerPoint presentation are not returnable. To be sure the PowerPoint Presentation and Leader's Guide material is a fit for your group, please call us at 1-866-952-4483 or email Hello@InspireYourPeople.com. We can provide you with a sample of the Presentation, questions and activities in the Leader's Guide.

We ask that you ship via FedEx or UPS, as they are able to track packages. Please keep a record of your package's tracking number once it is shipped. This will help us ensure that no returned merchandise is lost in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mailed your returned item for us to receive and process your refund. For exchanges, allow 2 business days after we receive the package to fulfill the new order.
