  1. How can I speak with a live person regarding any shipping or customer service questions I have?

Real people are here for you Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm EST (often much earlier and later too). If you leave a message after 5pm EST, we'll return your call by 9am EST the next business day. If you're in a bind and would like to talk with someone outside those hours, please call or text Jim at 804-397-9550 (that's his cell).

     

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

    We accept purchase orders ($100 minimum) from:

    • Non-profit public schools (K-12)
    • Hospitals
    • Higher Education (not-for-profit)
    • Government Agencies

    Please fax your purchase order to 804-884-3831 or email it to Orders@InspireYourPeople.com. Please include your email address when sending your purchase order.

    All purchase orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless a FedEx Express shipping option is requested.

  3. Is my information secure?

    Yes. Our site uses industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your information when placing online transactions, and, if you choose to set up an account, to store your order history.

    InspireYourPeople.com does not store your credit card information and we cannot see your full credit card when you are placing orders. InspireYourPeople.com is compliant with the industry standard PCI Security Standards.

     

  4. When will my order ship?

    All orders placed Monday – Friday by 2pm Eastern will ship the same day. All orders placed after the 2pm Eastern cutoff will ship the following business day.

    If you've missed this cutoff and require rush delivery or are concerned about when your package will arrive, please give us a call at 1-866-952-4483 or text us at 804-801-7782.

     

  5. How can I find out the status of my order?

    Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you've chosen USPS First Class (our only shipping option where tracking is not always available), please call us at 866-952-4483, text us at 804-801-7782, or send us an email to check the status of your order.

    To track your order at your convenience, register as a InspireYourPeople.com customer.

     

  6. How much is international shipping?

    Cost depends on location, weight of package, and shipping method. If you need to speak with someone about international shipping, please call us at 866-952-4483, text us at 804-801-7782, or send us an email.

     

  7. How much are duties and taxes for international shipping

    For all international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for the import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. These fees are in addition to the shipping & handling charges you pay to InspireYourPeople.com when you place your order.

    These additional fees are generated by your local customs office after the shipment reaches your country. You will either be called to arrange payment or a bill will be sent to you after you receive the shipment. The method that the fees are collected depends on the declared value of your order.

  8. What if my shipment arrives damaged or something is missing from my order?

    If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or you are unhappy with the quality, please call us at 866-952-4483, text us at 804-801-7782, or send us an email. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, we can issue a full refund for the price of the merchandise (does not include cost of shipping). Learn more about our return and exchange policy here.   9. What are my shipping options?

    You can view all of our shipping options and transit times here. If you have a meeting or deadline we recommend using one of the FedEx options (our most reliable shipping option). FedEx always comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your package is.   10. I need a product immediately. Can I download it off your site?

    You can purchase immediate digital downloads of our videos and PowerPoint® presentations. Get digital downloads of our videos here and get digital downloads of our PowerPoint® presentations here.

    PowerPoint® presentation downloads include a fully-scripted Powerpoint® formatted presentation, a wide-screen version of the presentation, a Leader's Guide, and a license agreement.

    Video downloads include a video in .mp4 format and Leader's Guide; the video can be embedded into a PowerPoint® presentation. If you have issues playing your video, try downloading the VLC player (a safe, free, and reputable program).
